A Paramount Associate Sales Agent is an accredited independent commercial representative who introduces UD Trucks vehicles, parts and service contracts to fleet buyers on behalf of Paramount Motors DRC. Associates carry no stock, require no workshop and invest no capital in facilities. Their currency is relationship capital — access to the procurement decision-makers, fleet managers and operational directors who determine commercial vehicle acquisitions in the DRC.

This is a formal commercial arrangement, not casual referral. Associates sign a Paramount Accredited Associate Agreement, operate under a defined commercial territory, receive professional accreditation materials and earn a structured commission on every confirmed transaction they originate.

Annual Earnings Potential

An Associate generating two fleet vehicle sales per month at an average of USD 45,000 per vehicle earns USD 2,250 per month in base commission — USD 27,000 per year. Fleet order bonuses, parts referrals and service contract commissions add materially to this baseline. Associates with access to institutional procurement or large mining fleet clients regularly achieve USD 30,000–50,000 per annum in commission income.

Every Paramount Associate Sales Agent receives a professional accreditation package at no cost. This is not marketing collateral — it is a set of materials designed to give the Associate credibility and commercial effectiveness in client conversations.

Paramount Accreditation Letter

Signed, on Paramount Motors DRC letterhead, in both French and English. References the Associate’s name, territory and accreditation number. Suitable for presentation to procurement officers.

Co-Branded Business Card Design

Digital design: ‘Authorised Sales Associate — Paramount Motors DRC · UD Trucks’. Professional and consistent with Paramount’s brand standards.

Direct Sales Manager Access

WhatsApp direct access to Paramount’s Sales Manager. Response guaranteed within 4 business hours on any client enquiry. Sales Manager available for joint client meetings for the first 90 days.

Application

Submit an Associate enquiry via the Paramount website, WhatsApp or at a Paramount location. Paramount's Sales Manager responds within 48 hours.

Qualification Call

Brief conversation — 20 to 30 minutes. Paramount assesses sector, territory and relationship network. Associate assesses commercial terms. No obligation at this stage.

Agreement Signed

Paramount Accredited Associate Agreement issued — bilingual French/English. Territory confirmed. Commission structure agreed in writing. Signed digitally or in person.

Onboarding Session

One-day product knowledge session — Lubumbashi, Kinshasa or remote via video. Covers product range, pricing overview, how to handle a client enquiry, how to register a lead, commission payment process.

First Lead Activation

Associate toolkit delivered. Sales Manager follows up within 7 days: who are the first three clients? Joint meeting support offered for the first 90 days. Active from this point.

Applications are considered on an ongoing basis. Paramount does not operate a fixed application window — if the profile fits and the territory is available, the process can be initiated immediately.

Applications from French-speaking and Swahili-speaking candidates are welcomed. DRC national registration is not required. The programme is open to individuals and registered businesses.
